Tickets are regular drops and rewards in Heroes and Merchants.

Artisan tickets are needed to stop the production of goods at the craftsmen immediately and to receive the goods immediately. Click on “finish immediately”, then the number of crafting tickets required to complete the crafting order immediately. If this is confirmed, the order is completed and the goods are ready.

Mission tickets are required to immediately end heroes' missions and immediately receive the rewards (on successful mission). Click on “finish immediately”, then the number of mission tickets required to complete the mission immediately. Confirming this, the mission is terminated.
